When are you open?

Is there car parking?
We have plenty of parking spaces on site.
How much does it cost to play?

How do I book a class or activity?
You can come along and book and pay at Action Indoor Sports Whitchurch, or phone to book.
Do I have to become a member or join to use the facilities?
No, you can pay as you play each visit. If you would like to sign up for membership of the gym then we offer some very competitive monthly rates.
If we’re playing socially, can we choose the time and day that we play?
Yes, providing there is a pitch available at that time.
Can I block book?
Yes, you can block book for a minimum of 10 or 20 weeks and in multiples of 10 thereafter.
Are there changing facilities?
Yes there are lockers and showers for both men and women.
What clothing do we wear?
Comfortable clothes and footwear with white soles – no blades or studs.
Are shin-pads compulsory?
No
Do you supply the equipment?
We supply all the necessary equipment.
Do you provide the referee?
Yes.
When are the quieter times?
The mornings…
Can spectators come along?
Action Sports is the perfect place for spectating and to be encouraged! You can watch from the sidelines or the balcony and there are plenty of refreshments on hand.
Will we be able to get a drink after playing?
Yes, after playing you can relax in the sports bar selling a wide range of popular beers.
How long is a football, netball, cricket or volleyball session?
They each last XX minutes.
How many players can be used in one game of football?
X on the pitch at any one time and X rolling substitutes.
Can we use more than X players in a season?
Yes you can register a maximum of XX players.
What times do the matches start?
The kick-off times vary please check with the front desk.
What if we haven’t played before?
That’s not a problem, we can provide you with the rules and there are plenty of staff around to give you help and guidance.
Is Action Cricket the same as the outdoor version?
The rules are based on those of outdoor cricket, except that the nets become an integral part of the game – the ball always remains in play.

What if I want to cancel a booking?
48 hours notice is required to cancel a booking or you will be invoiced for the full amount.
