What is it: Yoga fusion is an amazing workout focusing on developing strength, flexibility and suppleness using a range of eccentric and isometric techniques. It will warm you up and chill you out all at the same time!
Who is it for: Yoga fusion welcomes ALL so come along and give it a try.
What to wear: You should wear comfortable loose fitting, breathable clothes. Bring socks as sessions will be done bare foot).
What to bring: Bring a yoga matt if you have one, although they will be provided if you don’t have one. Bring a bottle of water (water fountain located outside the studio) and bring a great attitude and you’ll be set for a fantastic session.
If I’m pregnant can I still do yoga fusion?
Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.
