What is it: Fat Blast is quick and intense workout mixing cardio and strength exercises together. Perfect for those of you that want a quick workout during a lunch break or can’t get to classes in the evening.
Who is it for: Fat Blast is suitable for EVERYONE. It is welcome to people of all fitness abilities just be prepared to work up a sweat.
What to expect: Fast Blast is a half an hour long intense fitness class. Fat blast focuses on whole body conditioning, for intense toning of the abs and core strength. It does this with a variety of cardio, strength and core workout exercises. If it’s your first session, it can be normal to experience a bit of muscles soreness a day/ a few days after but this should wear off after a couple of sessions.
What to wear: Wear clothing that is moveable and breathable. Also wear a pair of supportive fitness shoes (trainers) that allow you to pivot your feet easily.
What to bring: Bring a towel and a water bottle, you’ll need them!
If I’m pregnant can I still do FAT BLAST? Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.
