What is it: The FIGHT is on at a BOXERCISE class. Get ready to punch your way to being fit and healthy at a class that will challenge you with fast-paced exercise. With a mixture of resistance and aerobic exercise, boxercise provides you with an intense workout where you’ll feel amazing at the end! All sessions are run by our certified boxercise instructor.
Who is it for: Boxercise welcomes ALL fitness levels so come along and give it a go!
What to expect: The boxing moves focus on upper body conditioning, for intense toning of the abs and core strength. Add some cardio and a core workout at the end and you’ve got a session that will help build that strong, lean body that we all want! If it’s your first session, it can be normal to experience a bit of muscles soreness a day/ a few days after but this should wear off after a couple of sessions.
What to wear: You should wear comfortable loose fitting, breathable workout clothes and flat-soled workout shoes (trainers are ideal).
What to bring: At least one water bottle (water is available from the fountains outside) and a towel to wipe away any sweat.
If I’m pregnant can I still do boxercise? Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.
